Lovely food and very friendly staff here. First time eating at this outlet of Bills and I will be returning. We dined late afternoon so the place was quiet but we will looked after and served quickly. Chicken skewers very succulent and tasty. Well worth a visit
The service was brilliant. The low rating is for the food quantity and quality. We paid nearly 40 for coffee, orange juice and 2 breakfasts one of which was wrong but we'd already waited 25 minutes for it so we didn't say anything. We've had something similar for breakfast at other places costing no more than 25 and for more on your plate. Don't think we'll go there again if I'm honest.
Food was nothing special for what they charge. My husband had a lager shandy & they tried to charge 5.25 for a pint of lager AND 1.55 for lemonade. We pointed this out so they took off the lemonade...still more than a half lager & a lemonade. We decided not to pay the already included service charge. Staff were friendly & polite tho.
Very nice little restaurant as it looks small from the outside but much bigger once inside.They had 2 menus as you can order from a set menu of either 2 or 3 courses which is pretty good value or you can just order from the main menu.They did only have one choice left on the starters out of 3 but they said we could order from the main menu which was good of them.Food was good along with the service we received so I would go back there.
Really nice place. Food was really good. They place a 10% service charge on the bill which turns out it doesn't go to the staff. Instead it goes to the company. The company says it pays for a free meal for the staff at the end of each shift. Something I don't agree with. So instead I have a tip in cash so that way they get to keep all of it.
