It's rare among car dealers for a car dealer to go out of their way to be patient kind and caring to place your personal life priorities before the sale. Indeed it is far easier and cheaper for the car dealer to cut the deal. Seb Andy and the team at Manchester Audi, made time and space, allowed for personal drama to abate in a time of great difficulty. A fantastic experience. Can not recommend them more strongly.
5 weeks for a 3 day piece of work that is clearly identified as covered under warranty, cannot believe Audi UK challenged this nor that they provided incorrect documentation to substantiate their position. Audi experience should not be so stressful
I am very happy with Manchester Audi. After previous bad experience with Audi customer service Andrew Allison, Andy (manager) & Raf have been brilliant, friendly, professional & very customer focused. Andrew especially invested time & effort into ensuring I was a satisfied customer. Raf is always so welcoming, positive, friendly & helpful. Andy was very professional & customer focused, great manager. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend these guys & therefore Audi to my friends & family.
Taken my vehicle twice to this dealer ,booked in with the parts manager first time and the assistant service manager second time ,on both visits they had no record of my appointment ,My a7 which had a noise from the engine and requires camshafts and timing chains at a cost of 7300.00, this vehicle has a full service history 22500 miles and is four months out of warranty and on asking for a goodwill contribution I was told NO contribution could be given .Booked my vehicle in with Audi in Stockport received the service one would expect very helpful repaired the vehicle and my contribution was 509.00. every Audi owner I have come in contact with I tell them about my experience with both dealers . should be no star
The showroom side was fantastic, courteous and helpful. The aftercare was shocking. Despite multiple phone calls and requests I have still not received the service information that was promised, I've not had the video showing the work that was done and I have yet to receive a call back despite all.of this....extremely poor service, definitely not what I expected from a prestige brand.Update: Rang to speak to the after sales manager as requested below, I was told he'd ring me back.....surprise, surprise, no phone call!
