Some staff go out of their way to help and cannot do enough for you. (Michael and Anastasia from Bobbi Brown counter-- excellent service). Other staff do not acknowledge you at all.
I enjoy visiting store. Always clean and tidy. Staff always friendly and welcoming.Good stopping experience. Only downside is you can get all there products cheaper elsewhere.
Love the move around. I didnt realise they were dog friendly (as long as dogs are carried around), so it made it even better to have a quick shop and to not be left outside holding the dog!! The Gucci area looks so wonderful too! It really caught my eye as i came down the escalator, so bright and stood out very nicely. So much so my wallet is a lot lighter now
Selfridges is Selfridges. All the top brands in a well laid out space with eye catching designer displays. The food hall is mouth watering and a joy. The sales are a battle but bargains are always to be had.
Absolutely beautiful shopping mall, so much to see and do. Could spend the whole day here having fun! Even if I'm not shopping! The new Selfridges Beauty Hall is gorgeous. The eating area looks like Disneyland. So fun!
