The first time i came i was here for 6 hours im now back after recieving the wrong antibiotics and the reception staff are as horrible as ever.EVERYTIME IM HERE IM HERE FOR 6 HOURS
I moved to India where recently I was diagnosed with Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. I came to the UK shortly after and the flight made it worse so I came to the Trafford Health Centre where I was told there was nothing wrong and sent away. I'm in distress and clearly ill and am worried that the hearing loss may be long term, but nobody here cares.
Really disappointed after calling 111 Been So unwell, was advised to go walk in, but having been that unwell over 10 days wouldnt give me no antibiotics, said unless 3 weeks accure then it comes and serous was disgusted after not eating 7 days coughing throwing up fever chills said as its only 10 days she couldnt give me nothing was so upset disgusted thats how my new year started this morning. I had no energy to speak just left shocked and disgusted So got sent home with nothing so still in so much pain. Will just go to my doctors as aleast they help you.
my nephew was seen here at the walk in on the 23.11.18. i dont know who saw him but their accurate diagnosis and prompt actions helped to save his life. he has since had a long brain surgery but was discharged home in time to spend christmas with his wife and two daughters aged 2 and 7.
Left waiting for 4 hours to then be told they couldn't help me at all and I would have to go somewhere else. I'd already seen a triage nurse so they could have easily decided that then instead of making me wait for nothing. 2 of the reception women were the coldest most abrupt and miserable people I've ever met. At least I got checked in by the nice one. The only positive experience of the whole pointless waste of my time
