Amazing, knowledgeable and helpful coaches. The members are very friendly and there's a real family atmosphere. Everyone works incredibly hard but manages to have a laugh whilst doing so. Excellent, state of the art equipment and plenty of class times to choose from. The gym and bathroom facilities are always immaculately clean. Having tried a couple of other places first I would say Consilium is far and away the best Crossfit gym in Manchester.
A friend of mine unfortunately got into a conversation with a vegan crossfit enthusiast from here and had to be induced into a coma through boredom.
