I had a fault on my fianc ring, spoke to a lovely lady called Dawn on the phone told me to come into the shop to sort it, went to Trafford Centre store and Dawn sorted the problem out within minutes, excellent service and an excellent sales lady.. Credit to the company she is.
Avoid this shop they take your money from you and say they place an order for it because it was out of stock but when we found what we wanted else where, we went back within 20 mins and the woman Helen was SO rude refused us our money back when we didnt even have the item to start with so they have no right and accused us of being abusive- we didnt even raise a voice once!
