Much improved since I last visited a few years ago, they have really filled out the main exhibition room. The piece of the world trade centre is like a piece of art, with a horrible history (obviously). There is plenty of space that could be used to pack in more stuff, however the quanity of stuff in there right now is enough to occupy you for a few hours. May be a few more big items could be introduced, or a stimulator or something interactive could be brought in to fill a bit of the space.

Have been a number of times with the kids. The highlight is always the audio visual displays that take over the main chamber every hour. Helps set the tone for your visit and a great way to communicate the emotional affects of war to young people. Ten bonus points if you can find Saddam Hussain's Darth Vader inspired helmet.

Its okay if you are passing this area or wanting to pass some time. Its simple and a lot of history, as expected. It has a vast amount of original pieces and information about each item. I enjoyed looking at the old war uniforms, the large display of old photographs that were found and there's an interesting tower of suitcases and luggage built like a wall which i thought was pretty impressive. Its definitely worth a visit.

What a lovely place. A calm and informative half day is easily passed here. The teenagers even found it moving. We didnt eat, but the area outside onto the docks was a welcome distraction too. Only niggle is that its in such a back street location. Though not a problem. Signposted well enough. Wonderful building with helpful staff. Nice shop too.

We had a great experience. The architecture of the museum is amazing and there's a story behind on it. You will find this story once you get on the museum's store. The museum has a lot of thematic rooms and each one is awesome. I recommend to you that experience. You will find it interesting and for free. They have a "coffee store" and toilets.
