Thought this was a good pets at home store. I have been to a few and this meets the typical high standard.The staff were helpful and friendly and all appeared to know how to handle pet dogs when they arrive.There is a grooming section, along with a decent amount of stock. The store was clean and well presented.
Good service but pricey
I only called in for a look. Seems like a nice "store". The staff were helpful, for my only enquiry.
I went in today (around 1pm) and was very happy with the staff and selection of products. The man who served me (I didnt catch his name tag but he had glasses, a stretcher and owns three cats of his own) was very helpful in answering all of my questions (I always have a lot of them) and suggesting the right products for my two cats. The girl on the till was also lovely. All in all made up with my trip today with getting all the advice I needed without being made to feel daft thanks to the fab staff I spoke to while I was there!
I always enjoy visiting here but have learned not to take my dog even though he is most welcome, as he just gets too excited and drags me around the store.The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to help. I have used the vets and the groom room and would give both 5 stars. Attached is a picture of my Golden Retriever after a visit to the groom room. It's hard to do a golden right as cutting too much would damage his double coat but they do a good job so he doesn't overheat too much in the summer.
