Excellent experience shopping for holiday shoes, young Josh was incredibly helpful and truly sorry they didn't have my size in some shoes I wanted. I bought a different pair and left very satisfied with the service
Comfy shoes - not cheap but good for work
Reasonably good stocked store albeit busy with Christmas shoppers and didn't have one of the shoes in I was interested in but wasn't an issue, plenty of others to choose from.Attentive staff, friendly and helpful. A bit more assistance with older customers like me would be nicer. It's not always easy to reach to ones feet easily. Otherwise good service.
Bought a pair of Skechers for my granddad online he did previously try them but the sizing was too big when they arrived. With Christmas around the corner I didn't want to risk sending them back by post. I just went to the store the manager Mo was more than happy to help he exchanged the pair for me and I couldn't be happier. The staff was lovely and eager to help me out.
